The great thing about the internet is venting. What's the store name where you bought your stove?So those of us in Vermont know what to expect when dealing (or not) with them.

I don't know if I should put it out there, but it is out on Shelburne Road, way out on Shelburne Road, and since there is only one out there it will be easy to figure out. You know the one that actually advertises and has an annual tent sale coming up, that I didn't wait for because I needed my stove earlier, so I paid extra. Venting is very helpful. All I know is that if a customer is very specific about a delivery date and they say they can do it then they should do it, or make the situation right if they can't. Plus I actually have a written contract with the delivery date, and the paralegal student in me was building a case if I had to pay more. I guess it is just the way my mind works.
