How can I sneak good foods into my sons meals? He only eats pasta, grilled cheese, fish sticks, things I cant seem to figure out how to mix healthy ingredients in. He wont eat sauce on his pasta, only butter. PleHe's almost 5yrs old and very picky.

No act of kindness, however small, is ever wasted.

Well I just wanted to tell you what an amazing book you have made. I made all of the 'make ahead' ingredients and have used them in a dozen of your recipes over the last couple of weeks. WOW! We are vegetarians and limit our dairy intake, but every recipe is so wonderful and easy to add personal changes and additions to. Three dishes were especially hits: Gotta Lotta Lasagna, Covert Quesadillas and the Chocolate Cupcakes w/ icing. Keep up the good work and thank you for writing such a great book.

Hi, In your new book will you include a bunch of vegetarian meals? We are trying to stay away from meat and keep it healthy. Recipes would be a BIG help as we run out of ideas. We try to cook low sodium, low fat and veggie and I feel limited. Any ideas would be GREAT!
Thanks so much.

What do you think about adding food coloring to let the kids use color as another way to "sneak" veggies into their meals?

Mommy of 2 Girls!

Plain milk... bleh

My 18 Mth Old recently decided she doesn't like milk anymore (warm or cold) and just dribbles it out and plays with it. I tried adding flavors and this will get her to drink it. What is the best way to flavor milk without too much sugar?
